Did Taylor Swift help Lana Del Rey shed pounds? Singer reveals weight loss secrets!

Lana Del Rey has disclosed her weight loss secrets, implying Taylor Swift may have assisted in the change.

The "Video Games" singer triggered speculation about her weight following her appearance with a noticeably slimmer physique during her headline performance at Coachella last month.

Fans even speculated that the 38-year-old might have been using Ozempic injections for weight loss popular among celebrities like Oprah Winfrey and Sharon Osbourne.

Lana declined to address rumours surrounding her appearance, including during her appearance on the red carpet at the Met Gala last week.

However, Lana Del Rey hinted at the reason for her weight loss through a social media post.

Sharing a series of photos on Instagram, Lana appeared in a Dogpound sweatshirt in one of the images, implying that she may have engaged the services of Taylor's preferred personal trainers to achieve her weight loss goals.

The official Dogpound Instagram page further supported this notion by commenting on Lana's post with "Fammm," seemingly confirming her use of their fitness services.

Additionally, they shared Lana's post on their Instagram Stories with the caption, "Guess who in the new new for summer?"

According to the Mirror, Kirk Meyers, founder of Dogpound, serves as Taylor Swift's personal trainer.

He has trained numerous celebrities, including Kaia Gerber, Hugh Jackman, and Victoria's Secret Angels like Adriana Lima.

Taylor, known for hits like "Cruel Summer," sought Kirk's guidance as she geared up for her extensive Eras Tour, which began last year.

Swift dedicates six days a week to rigorous two-hour gym sessions under Meyers’ direction.
