Katy Perry's daughter, Daisy Dove, brought an extra dose of sweetness to American Idol's Mother's Day episode with a rare public appearance.

The 3-year-old, dressed as Cinderella for Disney night, sat on her father Orlando Bloom's lap while Perry focused on her judging duties.

This marked Daisy's second public appearance, following her debut at Perry's Las Vegas residency finale in November 2023.

Perry, 39, took to Instagram on Mother's Day to share a heartfelt post reflecting on her journey to motherhood.

"Today I told my mother that the day I realised how much she loved me is the day I had my own daughter, Daisy Dove," she wrote. "There is nothing like a Mother's love. Never take it for granted. Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers and caretakers — any way you come."

The post included photos from Perry's pregnancy, capturing milestones like telling Bloom the news and hearing Daisy's heartbeat for the first time.

Perry and Bloom, who have been together since 2016 and got engaged in 2019, have created a modern blended family.

Bloom also has a 12-year-old son, Flynn, from his previous marriage to Miranda Kerr.
Kerr and Perry have spoken highly of their close bond and their commitment to co-parenting amicably.
