When fans questioned him about the feud during an Instagram Live session, he said that he believes they will reconcile in the future.
"Don't keep coming on to my motherf*****g Live talking about no motherf*****g beef," Savage stated. "Metro my brother and Drake my brother. Those n****s going to figure that s**t out eventually."
When DJ Akademiks posted a clip of the livestream on Instagram, fans had varying opinions about Savage's impartiality.
One fan commented on the post saying, “i can’t kick it with someone who’s neutral, for some reason i always hate those people more then the person i got beef with.”
Another fan expressed sympathy for the “redrum” rapper writing, “that’s crazy. 21 is in a messed up spot.”

Metro Boomin initiated the feud with Drake in March by collaborating with Kendrick Lamar on the track "Like That."
In the following months, he collaborated with several other artists who seemed interested in dissing the Toronto rapper, including The Weeknd, ASAP Rocky, and others.
Most recently, he dropped the diss beat, "BBL Drizzy," making fun of the rapper’s speculated surgeries and asking fans to join in and put lyrics to the song.
In retaliation, Drake responded to him in his song "Push Ups," saying, "Metro, shut your h* a** up and make some drums, n****."
After his feud with fellow rappers, Drake posted on Instagram, saying, "Good times. Summer vibes up next," which has led fans to speculate that he might be signaling an end to the feud.
