The trailer also features Kourtney Kardashian bluntly asking Khloé about her sex life following her split from Tristan Thompson. Khloé's tumultuous relationship with Thompson, including his repeated infidelities and a recent paternity scandal, has been a central storyline on the show.
Despite the tension between the sisters, Khloé recently expressed gratitude for Kim's support during the birth of her second child with Thompson, a son born via surrogate. She praised Kim for being there for her during a difficult time. Khloé also emphasised that she and Thompson now maintain a positive co-parenting relationship, focusing on their two children.
