Met Gala 2024: Blake Lively's absence leaves fans missing the Met Gala regular

Blake Lively is known for her show-stopping Met Gala appearances, but sadly, fans didn't get their  Lively red carpet fix this year. 

According to Elle Magazine, she and Ryan Reynolds chose to stay in to spend a comfortable day together at home. 

While her absence left a void, it's the perfect time to reflect on her most iconic Met Gala looks.

Her 2022 appearance as co-chair remains a highlight, featuring a dazzling Atelier Versace gown with a reversible train.  

The transformative gown seamlessly embodied the "Gilded Glamour" theme, paying homage to New York City architecture and the Statue of Liberty.

Lively's fashion choices often tell a story. In 2018, she dazzled in a custom Versace gown with a dramatic train, inspired by the "Heavenly Bodies" theme.
