Lovers & Friends festival-goers were left heartbroken after the highly anticipated event was canceled just hours before showtime due to a high wind warning.

However, Snoop Dogg and T-Pain stepped in to salvage the night with a surprise performance at the Ayu Dayclub at Resorts World.

Festival organizers cited potential dangers associated with 30-35 mph sustained winds and gusts exceeding 60 mph in their decision to prioritize the safety of fans, artists, and staff.

The star-studded lineup included Usher, Mary J. Blige, Janet Jackson, Alicia Keys, and many more.

Usher expressed his disappointment alongside fans, writing on X, “I’m just as disappointed as you are.”

Alicia Keys and various other artists also took to social media to express their disappointment in the cancellation.
