Travis Kelce, Taylor Swift on ignoring the haters

Travis opens up about facing online bullies and media attention, sharing their secrets to staying positive and focused

Travis Kelce's mentality towards negativity on social media aligns with his superstar girlfriend, Taylor Swift. Both have faced their share of online bullies, but they've learned to shake it off.

"Social media will always win...it will murder you," Kelce stated in a resurfaced interview via X.  He emphasises the importance of ignoring the hate, saying, "They don't matter...Who cares?"

Kelce believes that ignoring negativity is a skill anyone can learn. He suggests confronting bullies by asking, "Is everything going on alright in your life?" This approach reflects a similar stance taken by his father, Ed Kelce, who defended Travis and Taylor's relationship against online criticism.

Swift, who often attends Kelce's NFL games, also chooses to ignore negativity. "I'm just there to support Travis," she said in her TIME Magazine profile.  "When you say a relationship is public...we don't care [what people think]."

Kelce acknowledges the increased media attention but finds it fun and manageable. "We're learning with the paparazzi...but it comes with it... You just got to keep living...and enjoying the moments."

Both Kelce and Swift demonstrate a healthy approach to dealing with online negativity and unwanted attention, proving that focusing on their relationship and careers is the ultimate way to brush off the haters.
