Bravo is shaking up the typical 'Vanderpump Rules' production cycle.

After an emotionally draining season 11 dominated by the fallout of Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss's affair, the network is reportedly giving the cast a well-deserved break from filming.

For years, 'Vanderpump Rules' has stuck to a summer filming schedule. However, multiple sources told Us Weekly that season 12 won't see cameras rolling during those months.

While the channel owned by NBC Universal hasn't officially confirmed another season, the delay aligns with the cast's expressed need for a breather.

Andy Cohen, who hosts 'Watch What Happens Live', weighed in on the hiatus. He noted that this isn't unusual for Bravo reality shows and will allow the cast to "live their lives" off-camera before returning.

Cohen also pointed out that Ariana Madix's upcoming hosting gig on 'Love Island' likely contributed to the decision.

Ariana, who split from Sandoval after discovering his infidelity, has been vocal about enduring the "most difficult time" of her life.

She's shared her raw healing process on-screen, earning praise for her transparency.

Other cast members, like Lala Kent, have also expressed feeling burnt out after a tumultuous season.

This planned break from filming offers the 'Vanderpump Rules' crew a chance to regroup and recharge.

It's a wise move likely to result in a fresher, more authentic season when they eventually return.
