Megan Thee Stallion's former photo and videographer claims in a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles that he was made to witness her engaging in lewd acts with another woman.

Plaintiff Emilio Garcia also accuses the entertainer, who hails from Texas, of harassment and creating a hostile work environment.

The lawsuit, detailed in Variety, describes an incident in Ibiza in June 2022, where Garcia recalls being in an SUV with Megan and three other women after a night out. According to Garcia, Megan began engaging in relations next to him and instructed him to never “discuss what you saw.”

Upon returning from the trip, Garcia's compensation structure was changed from “a monthly flat-rate to a pay-per-task” arrangement. The lawsuit alleges that Garcia was also forbidden from working for anyone else, denied overtime pay, and not given breaks while working with Megan.

According to Variety, the lawsuit alleges,“Stallion’s misclassification of his employment status left him without basic insurance coverage, depriving him of essential health care.”

This has led to Garcia experiencing increasing anxiety, depression, and physical distress due to the toxic work environment, compounded by the trauma of unpaid work.

Stallion's attorney, Alex Spiro, stated on Tuesday: “This is an employment claim for money — with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her. We will deal with this in court.”

Garcia is represented by Ron Zambrano, who is also representing numerous dancers accusing Lizzo of sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment.
