Imagine Dragons singer Dan Reynolds expresses gratitude to fans in new album announcement

The band’s new album, “LOOM,” arrives on June 28, followed by a world tour starting July 30.

Imagine Dragons has announced their upcoming sixth studio album, “LOOM.”

Set for release on June 28th, 2024, “LOOM” will be the band’s first new album since 2022’s Mercury – Acts 1 & 2.

Imagine Dragons frontman Dan Reynolds wrote an extensive caption for the band’s album announcement post on Instagram.

He described the creative process behind LOOM, "Working on this record was a rollercoaster - just as it always is. Some days the songs came from a place of sadness and heartache and others joy and jubilance. Loneliness. Searching. Wanting. Anger. Love.

“The beauty of songwriting is that it has always simply been my journal. It has documented decades of my journey through this strange life.”

Reynolds continued, expressing his gratitude to fans, "And I've been lucky enough to create it with my best friends in a band and have you share it with us. Thank you for letting me feel less alone here on this planet. For singing with me across the globe. Reminding me that we all truly are one and in this together.”

The band will also kick off their North American “LOOM World Tour” this fall in Camden, New Jersey on July 30.

Tickets go on sale on Friday, April 26.
