Kim Kardashian loses over 120k followers after Taylor Swift’s alleged call-out in “thanK you aIMee”

Kim Kardashian fans are calling upon “momager” Kris Jenner for damage control.

Kim Kardashian has faced backlash and a dramatic drop of 120,000 followers on Instagram after Taylor Swift's new song, "thanK you aIMee," believed to be a diss track aimed at Kardashian.

The song includes lyrics seemingly referencing Kardashian, with fans flooding Kardashian's social media with the song's title, which spells out "Kim" with capitals. Social media trackers report a significant follower decline for Kardashian since the song's release.

According to a report by Us Weekly, fans are urging Kardashian's “momager,” Kris Jenner, to address the situation. Jenner is known for turning the Kardashians' controversies into opportunities. 

Fan comments on Jenner's social media plead for her to use her "magic" to fix the situation, with some even suggesting a Taylor Swift-themed Skims collection.

While expected to target past boyfriends on her album "The Tortured Poets Department," Swift appears to take aim at Kardashian in "thank you aimee." The song describes a teenage bully named "Aimee" who the singer cannot forgive.

Lyrics reference a "bronze spray-tanned statue" and someone "stomping across" a "grave," seemingly alluding to Kardashian and her past actions in the ongoing feud.

The feud dates back to 2009 when Kanye West interrupted Swift's MTV Video Music Awards acceptance speech to declare Beyonce the rightful recipient for Best Female Video.

In 2016, West's song with the controversial lyric, "Me and Taylor still might have sex. I made that b**** famous," sparked outrage. Swift denied approving the lyric, but Kardashian intervened, releasing snippets of a phone call supposedly proving otherwise. However, Swift maintained the call was edited, and the situation resulted in online harassment targeting her with "snake" imagery.

Both parties have refrained from commenting after the release of the song, "thanK you aIMee.”
