Actor Warwick Davis, known for playing Professor Flitwick in "Harry Potter" and multiple characters in "Star Wars," is mourning the loss of his wife Samantha, who passed away at 53.
Samantha, an actress herself who met Davis on the set of "Willow" in 1988, was described as Davis' "favourite human" and his "rock" for over 30 years of marriage. The couple shared three children together.

Davis spoke to the BBC about the immense void Samantha's passing left behind, "Her passing has left a huge hole in our lives as a family," he said. "I miss her hugs."
He lovingly described his wife, "She was the most open, warm person I have ever known.
“She was a unique character, always seeing the sunny side of life...She was my most trusted confidant and an ardent supporter of everything I did in my career."
Their children, Harrison and Annabelle, also shared their grief.
"Her love and happiness carried us through our whole lives," they said in a joint statement. "Mum is our best friend and we're honoured to have received a love like hers."
The couple had faced hardships together, including the loss of their firstborn son, Lloyd, shortly after birth due to complications from dwarfism. Despite these challenges, their bond only grew stronger.
Samantha, who also had a form of dwarfism, battled sepsis in 2019. Davis credited his wife's determination towards her recovery.
