Archie and Lilibet can “never be” working royals after Harry and Meghan’s “appalling behaviour”
While speaking to Express.co.UK, a royal commentator, Lee Cohen has claimed that Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, children of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, will “never be welcomed back to royal service” on account of their parents’ “unforgivable attacks” and “betrayals” towards the Royal Family.
Since the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s move in 2020, their children have spent limited time in the UK. Archie was eight months old upon their arrival to the US and Lilibet has allegedly visited the UK only once to attend Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
Cohen further emphasised the need for other royals to step up, highlighting the absence of King Charles and Kate Middleton due to their medical treatments.
However, he stated there was no chance of Harry, Meghan or their children stepping up to the task, labelling the couple “untrustworthy” and “unsuitable,”
"With their unforgivable attacks, betrayals and appalling behaviour vis-a-vis the Royal Family, the Sussexes will likely never – and should never – be welcomed back to royal service as a couple...no matter how small the bench is for available working royals.
"They are completely untrustworthy and have shown they are unsuitable for royal service."
Cohen added that the only way that Archie and Lilibet could be considered for royal service would be the event of Harry and Meghan’s separation.
