Son of Sean "Diddy" Combs accused of sexually assaulting yacht worker
Christian Combs, son of rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs, has been accused of sexually assaulting a yacht worker, Grace O'Marcaigh, during a 2022 family vacation in St. Martin.
A new lawsuit filed in Los Angeles paints a disturbing picture of the yacht trip, alleging an environment filled with heavy drinking, potential drug use, and suspected sex workers.
Ms. O'Marcaigh claims she was pressured into drinking and then assaulted by Christian Combs.
The lawsuit alleges the drinks served on board may have been drugged. Ms. O'Marcaigh claims she witnessed people "falling over themselves, panicking, or passing out," suggesting foul play.
She further alleges her complaint to the captain was ignored, and that Sean Combs attempted to silence the crew with a large tip.
Ms O'Marcaigh says the incident resulted in the ending of her long-time romantic relationship and left her suffering from an eating disorder and epileptic seizures.
Sean Combs, who chartered the yacht, is named as a defendant due to "premises liability." This legal term means he could be held responsible for the safety of those on board.
The lawsuit further criticizes Sean Combs for turning the supposed family vacation into a "hedonistic environment," implying a disregard for safety and well-being.
Combs faces multiple civil lawsuits making accusations of sexual assault and human trafficking.
Combs' attorney Aaron Dyer, has vehemently denied the allegations telling Fox News Digital, “We have not seen this woman’s claim, but I’m sure we can expect the same kind of manufactured lies we’ve come to expect from Tyrone Blackburn and his clients, just as we saw in Rodney Jones’ lawsuit – which has yet to be served.
