Beyonce credits friend Jack White for inspiration behind “Cowboy Carter” Album

“Cowboy Carter” stands out amid multiple major releases by artists like Ariana Grande and Kanye West

Beyoncé's latest album, "Cowboy Carter," owes its inspiration to an unexpected source - her close friend, Jack White.

The renowned musician, Jack White, served as a muse for Beyoncé's creative process, leading to the creation of her recent musical masterpiece.

White has previously also served as the songwriter for the White Stripes.

In a heartfelt gesture, Beyoncé expressed her gratitude to White, sending him a bouquet of flowers along with a note acknowledging his influence on the record. The note read, “Jack, I hope you are well. I just wanted you to know how much you inspired me on this record. Sending you my love, Beyoncé.”

In response, White took to Instagram to express his appreciation for her gesture, writing, “Much love and respect to you Madam, and thank you kindly. Keep making beautiful and powerful music, nobody sings like you.”

This isn't the first collaboration between Beyoncé and White. Their previous work together on "Don't Hurt Yourself," featured on Beyoncé's "Lemonade" album, showcased their mutual admiration for each other's talent.

Despite facing formidable competition from other major artists, "Cowboy Carter" has emerged as a standout release, garnering critical acclaim and Grammy buzz. With its stellar performance in both streaming and sales, Beyoncé's latest album reaffirms her status as a dominant force in the music industry.
