Suits' stars Patrick J. Adams & Sarah Rafferty launch rewatch podcast after show's Netflix boom
It's official: Patrick J. Adams and Sarah Rafferty are diving back into the world of 'Suits'!
The former co stars are launching a rewatch podcast on SiriusXM, promising behind-the-scenes stories and interviews with the beloved cast and crew.
The podcast comes after 'Suits' enjoyed a massive surge in popularity on Netflix in 2023. Adams and Rafferty acknowledge this in a joint statement: “On the heels of the record-breaking Suits resurgence, it feels like the perfect time to rewatch the show that changed our lives.”
“We are thrilled to collaborate with the incredible team at SiriusXM and look forward to connecting with our friends from the cast and crew, as well as the Suits fans who made it all possible," they added.

Suits aired on USA Network for nine seasons (2011-2019) and featured stars alongside Adams, Rafferty were Gabriel Macht, Meghan Markle, Gina Torres, and Rick Hoffman.
In 2023, it found a massive new audience on Netflix, becoming one of the year's most-streamed shows. Within its first week, Suits set a record for acquired titles with a staggering 3 billion viewing minutes.
Its popularity arguably paved the way for an upcoming spinoff series entitled Suits L.A on NBC.
Patrick Adams expressed surprise at the show's newfound popularity in a PEOPLE interview. He described the resurgence as "really, really strange," noting that after a show's initial run, "you think that's it... It's going to be over and nothing else is going to happen."
Adams recalled the show's unexpected success, stating, "It happened...we had a twelve-week run at number one. It's just crazy." He acknowledged the show's enduring appeal, saying, "So we feel very grateful. And I think there's something about the show that clearly continues to speak to people.”
Meghan Markle, who left 'Suits' after season 7 for her engagement to Prince Harry, expressed delight at the show's recent success. When Variety asked about the "renewed love," she replied, "I have no idea... We had a really fun time. I was on it for seven seasons, so quite a bit." Markle suggested the show's binge-worthy nature might contribute, adding, "But good shows are everlasting."
'Suits' joins other popular shows like 'Young Sheldon' and 'Grey's Anatomy' that discovered new audiences on Netflix in 2023. The legal drama also follows the trend of nostalgia-driven celebrity podcasts like '90210MG', 'Drama Queens', 'Office Ladies', and 'Beyond the OC'.
