Kate Middleton was ‘forced to reveal cancer’ after leak of medical records: report
Kensington Palace's release of the video announcing Kate Middleton's cancer diagnosis, reportedly came sooner than planned because of the leak of Princess Catherine's medical records.
A palace insider told the Daily Mail that Kensington Palace had been contacted about Kate's diagnosis, leaving no option but to rush the story.
In the video message from March 22nd, Kate Middleton confirmed she has cancer and is receiving "preventative chemotherapy." Sources say the timing wasn't related to speculation about her missing Easter services, but rather due to someone revealing her health condition.
Learning of the leak, Kensington Palace felt compelled to address it publicly. The source of the leak remains unknown, possibly coming from the London Clinic where Kate had surgery in January.
The royal couple had been contacted about Kate’s diagnosis, which left them no option but to go public with the story, the outlet reported in a column by Ephrain Hardcastle.
