In court documents, Tech entrepreneur Christian Dumontet is seeking a restraining order requiring Christine Quinn to maintain a minimum distance of 100 yards from his Los Angeles residence, where he has also asked her to vacate.

According to court documents viewed by People Magazine, the 45-year-old additionally requested that Quinn obtain his permission before travelling outside of LA with their 3-year-old son, Christian, expressing concerns about potential abduction.

Dumontet asserts that Quinn has a history of threatening to remove or conceal their son from him and has been uncooperative in co-parenting.

This request follows Dumontet’s arrest for a domestic incident on March 19. In his filing, Richard describes the alleged events leading up to his arrest, which differ from Quinn’s allegations that he hit their son with a glass bottle during a dispute before his arrest.

According to the document, Dumontet states that on that day, the couple argued over Quinn's two untrained dogs.

“Mr. Dumontet constantly finds himself the only one cleaning up after the dogs, so much so that operating and cleaning the remote vacuum cleaner has become a bonding activity between himself and 3-year-old Christian,” it reads.

Dumontet alleges Quinn refused to clean up after her dogs, stating "that she tried to clean but was not going to do anything further.”

“At that point Mr. Dumontet grabbed the trash bag from the floor and threw it to the side of the room, against the wall,” the documents state.

“Mr. Dumontet did not throw the bag towards Ms. Quinn or their son. Additionally, he claims there was no glass in the bag, as there was no broken glass in the room or anywhere in the house.”

However, following this incident, Dumontet was arrested in connection with a domestic violence incident involving their son. He was arrested again the next day for violating an emergency protection order filed by Quinn.

Richard asserts in the document that Quinn, whom he married in 2019, “filed a false police report with fabricated allegations of domestic abuse” as a tactic “to gain an upper hand in potential divorce and custody proceedings.”

According to his request, Dumontet is asking that the judge restrict Quinn’s travel with their child to LA County, adding that he fears she may “abduct” or kidnap their son. It adds that she “has a history of threatening to take away or hide our children from me” and “not cooperating with me in parenting.”

Nevertheless, Dumontet permits Quinn joint custody of Christian and unrestricted visitation rights. He also requests that Quinn provide travel plans and documents for their child.
