Rebel Wilson reveals Sacha Baron Cohen as “A**hole” who allegedly tried to suppress her memoir

Rebel Wilson says Sacha Baron Cohen took legal action to prevent her from discussing him in her book, Rebel Rising.

Rebel Wilson has disclosed that her former Grimsby co-star, Sacha Baron Cohen, is the individual she referred to as the Hollywood "a**hole" in her upcoming memoir, Rebel Rising.

In an Instagram post last week, Wilson mentioned dedicating a chapter to a challenging individual she encountered in Hollywood, without revealing specifics.

She emphasised her stance against working with difficult personalities and confirmed that the person in question is featured in Chapter 23 of her book.

Rebel Rising, scheduled for release on April 2, chronicles Wilson's journey to success in Hollywood.

Wilson shared on social media that the individual in question has taken legal action to prevent her from discussing him in her book, but she remains determined to share her story.

“I wrote about an a**hole in my book. Now, said a**hole is trying to threaten me,” the Us Weekly reported on a now deleted Instagram Story by Wilson. “He’s hired a crisis PR manager and lawyers. He is trying to stop press coming out about my book. But the book WILL come out, and you will all know the truth.”

In subsequent posts, Wilson identified Sacha Baron Cohen as the individual she was referring to, highlighting their collaboration on Grimsby and the challenges she faced during filming.

Wilson had previously in 2014 also suggested she had to face friction and disagreements while working for Grimsby.
