The Islamabad Capital Police apprehended 20 outlaws from different areas of the city during the last 24 hours and recovered drugs and weapons from their possession, a public relations officer said.
The Secretariat police team arrested an accused namely Waqar Iqbal involved in illegally cylinder gas filling. The Margalla police team arrested an accused namely Bilal Noor and recovered 560 grams of hashish from his possession.
Likewise, the Karachi Company police team arrested an accused namely Rafaqat and recovered 30 litres of liquor from his possession.
The Tarnol police team arrested two accused namely Muhabat Shaheen and Jamal Khan and recovered two 30-bore pistols from their possession. Similarly, the Industrial area police team arrested an accused namely Allah Rahim and recovered 60 litres of liquor from his possession.
