Speakers at the inaugural ceremony of Sindh Madrasa-tul-Islam University Job Fest-23 emphasised that the universities must provide job-oriented quality education to students so that they can easily avail job opportunities in the public and private organisations on merit.

The event, organised by the Student Affairs Counseling Directorate at the varsity, witnessed the ribbon-cutting by NED University's Vice-Chancellor, Dr Sarosh Hashmat Lodhi. SMIU Vice-Chancellor, Dr Mujeebuddin Sahrai Memon was also present. Speaking on the occasion, Dr Lodhi, acknowledged the challenging economic conditions but emphasised that talented graduates could still secure job opportunities.
