PPP leaders gear up for grand show in Quetta
Former Balochistan chief minister and central Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Sanaullah Zehri on Saturday said a historic Youm-e-Tasees (foundation day) of the party would be observed in Balochistan for the first time.
“All is set to observe the PPP Youm-e-Tasees on November 30,” Zehri told a news conference held at his residence.
Former Balochistan governor Lieutenant General (retd) Abdul Qadir Baloch, Ali Madad Jattak, former minister Mir Zahoor Buledi and others were also present.
Zehri said the PPP had political roots in Balochistan and that the party was committed to addressing the grievances of the masses through political means.
“We are committed to address Balochistan’s issues through political means,” Zehri mentioned.
