PSCA swiftly identifies vehicles using Safe City cameras

LAHORE:

The Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) impounded over 60 smoke-emitting vehicles and arrested 15 individuals allegedly burning garbage in various areas of the provincial metropolis on Tuesday.

According to a PSCA spokesman for the authority, the vehicles were promptly identified utilizing state-of-the-art Safe City cameras, leading to a swift response from the field force.

The vigilant monitoring of entry and exit points and major routes in Lahore remains an integral part of the Safe City initiative. Smoke-emitting vehicles and instances of garbage burning were detected by the cameras and immediate alerts were relayed to the field forces.
