The Punjab Auqaf department has introduced a comprehensive project aimed at digitising trust properties, enhancing rent collection, and streamlining various aspects through complete computerisation of commercial properties.

The department is collaborating with the Urban Unit Authority and the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) to ensure the success of this initiative.

The project, crafted by Auqaf Department authorities, focuses on the digitisation of trust properties, aiming to revolutionise security service delivery at all shrines and adjacent mosques. Additionally, the initiative includes robust monitoring mechanisms for wide cash boxes, public auctions of trust lands, and ensuring continuous provision of facilities to pilgrims.

Sources reveal that a strategic partnership with the Urban Unit Authority and the Punjab Information Technology Board has been established to fortify the security of shrines and facilitate surveillance of trust properties.
