KARACHI:

Senior actor Mustafa Qureshi suggested making a film on Palestine. Actors Mustafa Qureshi, Ayub Khoso, Salahuddin Tino and others participated at a ceremony at a local hotel in the city, with Interim Federal Minister for National Heritage and Culture Jamal Shah as the chief guest.

Addressing the ceremony, Mustafa Qureshi said that the OIC meeting was held, it is a good thing, but usually only resolutions are presented at the end of this meeting. The 55 Islamic countries are only making rhetoric, nothing is visible in practice. Israel has killed thousands of Palestinians including children, it is necessary to make a film on the Palestinian issue. He said that actors, cameras, and equipment was available, “all we need is a will to do it.”
