The Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) has arranged a three-day conference in the city from September 9 at which Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry will give the inaugural address.
The chief justice’s address will be titled ‘Justice for all, impunity for none’, SCBA General Secretary Qamar Zaman Qureshi told the Associated Press of Pakistan on Saturday.
Legal experts from India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Nepal, Fiji and the UK will join Pakistani experts at the moot, Qureshi said. He said the conference would be divided into three sessions addressing various legal issues from the point of view of the judiciary, litigants and lawyers.
