RAWALPINDI:

A video capturing a tense exchange between a senior officer and a subordinate at the Rawalpindi City Traffic Police Headquarters has surfaced, shedding light on issues of discipline within the department.

The video, which has since gone viral, shows an office superintendent engaged in a heated argument with a subordinate, with both individuals using rude and indecent language. Following the emergence of the video, an inquiry has been initiated, demanding explanations from the two individuals involved.

This incident comes hot on the heels of serious allegations against the Station House Officer (SHO) of the Women's police station in Rawalpindi.

The video in question features the office superintendent berating the subordinate in a harsh manner.

In the video, the office superintendent instructs the subordinate to leave, to which the subordinate responds by asserting his right to be in the government office unless ordered otherwise.

Reacting to the video, Senior Traffic Officer Muneer Hashmi emphasised the importance of maintaining professionalism and respect within the workplace. He stated that the matter had been noted, and appropriate action would be taken against the individuals involved.
