In a horrific accident on Wednesday morning, a student was crushed to death by a reckless coach driver when she was crossing the road after her father had dropped her in front of Askari College for Girls, Cantt Station.

Iman Fatima died at the age of 17 simply because of the coach driver. As usual, the errant driver escaped and police have no clue, though they know which coach he was driving and where its last stop was.

Saddar Police Station SHO Safdar Mashwani said that the young student was on her way to college after her father had dropped her on the opposite side of the road.

Mashwani said as she was crossing the road, she was struck by a passenger coach traveling on the route.

The impact of the collision proved fatal, causing the student to lose her life on the spot. The driver of the coach fled the scene with the vehicle. Police are working to locate and apprehend the driver
