Caught the culprit: Shoaib Akhtar bowled over by run-in with 'lookalike'

Former cricketer said she is the 'female version' of himself

As fate would have it, former international cricketer Shoaib Akhtar finally met his "doppelgänger" who had been drawing similarities between her and the famed Rawalpindi Express, albeit as a joke, on her social media. Taking to his socials, Shoaib shared a video of himself with his hands on his hips, declaring that he's "finally caught the culprit, and she is in trouble!"

The cricketer stated, "I am in America and I finally caught the culprit," with a bit of stern flair and drama. He then dragged his alleged lookalike into the frame and a sheepish Vinita Khilnani, with a messy brown wig on her head, popped into the frame and nervously greeted the audience. Shoaib then asked her to say her name and she introduced herself.

"We finally met," said the lookalike with a laugh. "Here I am!" Shoaib then went on to call her the "female version" of himself. He further praised the content creator, stating that she has been making great content as she continued to laugh. The cricketing legend then wished her the best of luck, and she thanked him.
