Four die in Khuzdar road accidents
A series of unfortunate accidents unfolded in Khuzdar, claiming the lives of at least four individuals and leaving over thirty others injured.
In the Harnabu area of Naal, a passenger coach tragically overturned while negotiating a turn, as the driver lost control of the vehicle. This tragic incident resulted in the loss of two lives—Mukhtar Ahmed, son of Dad Muhammad, and Rahim, son of Abdul Wahid, both residents of Panjgur. Additionally, at least seven others, including a woman, sustained injuries in the mishap.
In another incident, a minor girl lost her life when she was struck by a tractor in the Sultanabad area of the city.
A third accident involved a passenger bus en route from Karachi to Quetta, which skidded due to speeding. As a result, more than twenty-four passengers, including women and children, suffered injuries.
Reports indicate that the passenger bus lost control and tumbled off a bridge due to reckless driving during the previous night. In response, the Medical Emergency Response Center 1122 promptly dispatched a team to the scene. Initial medical aid was administered to the injured, and twelve severely affected individuals were subsequently transferred to Khuzdar Teaching Hospital for further treatment.
