PESHAWAR:

A meeting to discuss the Boards of Directors (BoDs) of autonomous entities was convened at the Chief Minister’s House in Peshawar, presided over by the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Caretaker Chief Minister, Muhammad Azam Khan.

The gathering delved into the legal intricacies associated with the BoDs’ operations, with a particular focus on the outcomes of the 34th board session of the Provincial Housing Authority (PHA).

Among the attendees were the Caretaker Minister for Law and Justice, retired Arshad Hussain Shah, Chief Secretary Nadeem Aslam Chaudhry, the Secretary of Law, the Advocate General, and other high-ranking officials. A pivotal decision emerged from the meeting - the need to scrutinize the novel policy concerning the allocation of plots under the Provincial Housing Authority.

To execute this, the CM entrusted the Chief Secretary with the task of revisiting the determinations made during the 34th PHA board meeting, specifically concerning plot allocation.
