I fail to understand that how can a trained navy commander gets caught in a crossfire as if he was the only naive or handicapped person there? All other normal people including both the gang members escaped injuries and got away! May be we are missing something here? Only in Pakistan the crossfires targets specific people who are chief investigators of a major terrorist attack!
@Mirza: Yes, you are right. And many people seem to be ok with that apparently...
A high official of navy who was investigating the attack at Mehran Base is "accidentally" killed in crossfire! The poor soul must have been onto something that now we would never know. Every target killing is a personal matter or an accident, case solved!
@ Ali as other said and i second that main role Defence Forces is to defence the MOtherland from outside introdurs. Actually some of these intruders has been included in the normal public in covert manner and attacking the guards of the Motherland. One must think before saying something. Unfortunaely u have coosen the easiest way of talking about other. Plz re think it.the city.
@Ali: talking in cozy drawing rooms and furnished offices and crammed seminars is an easy job but sending ones adorable son in the mouth of certain death need nerves of steel.. you dont know what navy is going through..they are well professional in their field..it is time to support them not to taunt them..got it??
@Sarah: well ali how do you about professionalism ov navy?do you have idea what da hell are you saying.. you are just sitting in ur home nd giving your damn comments.. do you really have da idea for wat kind ov tension our forces are going through?? its time to get unite nd fight da evil not to taunt our own people..plz think before you say something...
Instead of offering condolences and lamenting the state of affairs in a country where a man (regardless of his profession) gets shot dead exiting a place of worhsip, we are always quick to point fingers and display negativity as displayed by Mr. Ali. Maybe it is easier to have someone to blame (in this case the PN?). Please, the families are already going through a lot. Don't make it worse with this insensitivity. I know it may be too much to ask for but it would be nice for people to display some humanity and compassion. It could be one of us one day.
@ Mr. Ali: Do you know what naval professionalism is? Is it the duty of navy to safeguard the lives of citizens or it the LEAs like police, rangers etc. who are to ensure security of lives of the citizens. I suggest one must think before writing down such irresponsible comments. Thanks.
