ISLAMABAD:

The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has announced the rescheduling of the MDCAT examination to September 10.

This decision comes in response to directions from the Federal Secretary of the Ministry of National Health Service Regulations and Coordination in Islamabad.

The Federal Government has opted to extend and revise the MDCAT Examination date, which was initially set for August 27, 2023, according to a circular released by the PMDC.

The alteration in the schedule was prompted by the students' request for more preparation time for the exam.

Acting on their behalf, the prime minister issued directives for the rescheduling, recognizing that the extended timeline would provide students with additional opportunities to adequately prepare for the upcoming examination.
