Independence Day sales boost printing business
With the 76TH Independence Day drawing closer, the printing business across Pakistan, including the federal capital, is experiencing a surge in the demand for Independence Day-related items.
Printers are working late into the night to fulfil orders and introduce innovative designs to captivate citizens.
Prominent textile factories are receiving substantial orders for producing and distributing flags, posters, banners, and other decorative items.
Throughout this month, hundreds of thousands of national flags, posters, banners, and decorative items have been produced and sold, garnering huge profits for street vendors, according to a shopkeeper.
A worker from a printing press expressed his delight at the remarkable upswing in business and the supplementary increase in his salary due to printing items like portraits of Quaid-e-Azam, the national flag, stickers featuring Minar-e-Pakistan, and colourful masks.
A shopkeeper said youngsters can be seen enthusiastically purchasing a variety of items to adorn their homes, vehicles, and even offices. An additional workforce has been recruited to cope with the heightened demand.
