Provincial Minister for Primary and Secondary Healthcare and Population Welfare Dr Jamal Nasir said that THQ Murree is being developed as a model hospital and as a significant step in this endeavour, dialysis services will commence from August 14.
The minister inspected the hospital and interacted with patients to inquire about the facilities.
According to Dr Nasir, the initial phase will involve the setup of six dialysis machines. The installation of the RO plant is anticipated to conclude within the next 48 hours. Subsequently, doctors and paramedics from Rawalpindi Institute of Urology will provide training to the staff at THQ Murree, enabling them to offer dialysis services effectively.
