ISLAMABAD:

A delegation from the Pakistan Furniture Council (PFC) set off for Turkey on Saturday for a 10-day mission aimed at exploring new investment opportunities, bolstering furniture exports, and forging potential joint ventures.

PFC, CEO, Mian Kashif Ashfaq highlighted the importance of such visits as a platform for showcasing products, networking with potential partners, and gaining valuable insights into international markets. The delegation expressed optimism about the significant benefits this visit could bring to Pakistan’s furniture industry.

The primary goals of the delegation include expanding market reach, establishing partnerships with Turkish companies, and exploring collaborative opportunities within the furniture sector. This visit also holds the potential to attract increased foreign investment into Pakistan’s furniture industry and facilitate the export of Pakistani furniture products to the Turkish market.

Ashfaq emphasised that the visit would serve as a strategic move to promote Pakistan’s furniture industry on a global scale, while also fostering stronger economic ties between Pakistan and Turkey.
