Traditional bull race held in Khanpur

Distinguished political, social, and business figures hailing from Khanpur and neighbouring regions attend event

HARIPUR:

A thrilling bull race competition was organised for the farmers in the village Dhak of Khanpur by Pak Hazara Group under the supervision of Chaudhry Arshad and Chaudhry Rashid.

The special guests of the competitions include Village Council Barila Chairman Malik Muhammad Asif, Village Council Chairman Ming Malik Hasrat and Village Council Chairman Shadi Hattar and Malik Tahir.

Distinguished political, social, and business figures hailing from Khanpur and neighbouring regions, alongside respected community elders and avid enthusiasts, graced the grand spectacle of the bull race competition.

The event attracted an extensive audience eager to witness the enthralling contest. Additionally, a diverse array of food stalls catering to the attendees and spectators, augment their overall experience at this captivating bull race event.

Apart from the Khanpur region, the famous bull pairs from Havelian, Haripur, Taxila, Rawalpindi, Hassan Abdal and Attock also showcased their remarkable prowess in the thrilling bull race competitions. Deserving bulls were recognised by giving award prizes to their owners for the first three positions. However, as a gesture of encouragement, prizes were also presented to the owners of the bull pairs securing the fourth through ninth positions.
