Five killed in bus-motorcycles collision

At least five persons were killed and three others suffered injuries in a traffic accident that occurred near Golra More of Islamabad district on Tuesday night.
According to the police, a rashly driven bus hit three motorcycles crossing the Golra Morr. As a result, five persons died on the spot.
The three other persons were also injured in the same incident. The Rescue and police team rushed to the site and started shifting the dead and injured to a nearby hospital. The driver of the bus fled the scene after committing the crime.
Police said that a woman named Shabiha Murtaza and her nine-month-old Zainab died on the spot while Ghulam Murtaza was taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition. The family was from Jahngi Syedan. The other deceased were identified as Sohail Abbasi and Muhammad Zafar while the identity of the third deceased has yet to be ascertained.
The police said that the bodies were handed over to their families after completing medico-legal formalities.
A case has been registered and the police have started a search for the driver of the bus.
