LAHORE:

An anti-terrorism court judge dismissed as non-prosecution a post-arrest bail of PTI's former provincial minister Dr Yasmeen Rashid in a case for allegedly delivering hate speech against the state institutions by blocking a road.

As proceedings commenced on petitioner Yasmeen Rashid's bail plea, the judge observed no one counsel of the accused petitioner turned up before this court following which the judge dismissed her post arrest bail as non-prosecution.

Petitioner Dr Yasmeen Rashid in her bail plea had contended that she was implicated in forged case despite she had nothing to do with this case. The story of the FIR is nothing but a concocted story.

She implored the court that after the arrest of then PTI’s Imran khan, the police started registering FIRs against PTI's leadership. These are the political motivated cases registered against her and her leadership.

It is worth mentioning that law and order, chaos, arson like incidents were witnessed after the arrest of PTI’s chairman Imran Khan.
