Rumour has it: Shah Rukh Khan to share couch with Aryan on 'Koffee With Karan'

Gauri Khan to reportedly join the father-son duo on season eight of popular talk show

As the years have passed, Shah Rukh Khan's many appearances on Karan Johar's controversial talk show, Koffee with Karan, have etched an indelible mark on the show's history.

King Khan's impressive personality, quick wit, and ability to effortlessly connect with the audience have transformed each episode into an unforgettable experience. As fans eagerly await his return to the show, rumour has it he will be sharing the couch this time with none other than his eldest son, Aryan Khan.

According to the Times of India, the Dilwale star, who had been a constant fixture on Karan's show, will be making an appearance with the budding writer on the eighth season of the aforementioned show. The buzz is that Shah Rukh's wife, Gauri Khan, will also join the father-son duo. However, there isn't any confirmation of the said rumours.

On the work front, Shah Rukh will next be seen in Atlee's actioner, Jawan. His last project, Pathaan, alongside Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, turned out to be a blockbuster. Aryan, on the other hand, is currently working on several ventures simultaneously.

In May of this year, the eldest Khan sibling launched his first-ever brand, with his father as its brand ambassador. For the first time, Aryan sat behind the camera, giving directions to his old man as the duo eventually revealed their venture. D’YAVOL X is a new luxury streetwear brand and is Aryan's baby.

And working with Shah Rukh, as Aryan puts it, was very challenging. "Working with my father is never challenging, because, with his experience and dedication, he makes everyone’s job easier on set. He also makes the entire crew feel at ease and has tremendous respect for everyone. When he’s on set I always make sure to pay extra attention, so I don’t miss out on anything I can learn," he told Harper's Bazaar India.
