KARACHI:

In a heart-wrenching incident, a woman was reunited with her child that her husband had sold. The Human Rights Cell of police received a distressing complaint from the woman, urgently seeking help as her husband had sold their son due to his greed for money. The woman passionately pleaded for assistance to bring her child back.

Responding promptly to the woman's plea, Maria Sario, the head of the Human Rights Cell, immediately summoned the child's father. After understanding the case details, Sario instructed the father to return the child to his mother. The police warned him about the serious legal consequences of failing to comply. Eventually, the person adhered to the instructions and handed the child to the police.

Shahnawaz Memon, the Superintendent of Police at Headquarters, personally reunited the child with the mother, creating a heartwarming moment. The woman expressed her gratitude and happiness for the successful recovery of her child. She thanked SSP Sajid Amir Sadozai, SP Headquarters Shahnawaz Memon, and Maria Sario from the Human Rights Cell.

Furthermore, a strong warning was issued to the child's father, emphasising that any future attempt to engage in such a despicable act would have severe consequences.
