Arrested: Four held over theft charge

The Taxila police arrested four persons, three women and a man, on charges of theft and seized valuables worth hundreds of thousands on Sunday.
The police caught the gang red-handed, when they were stealing some items from a shop in Taxila area. An official said, the thieves parked their car (B-2989) on Faisal Shaheed Road and three women from the car went towards Mughal Market where they started stealing jewellery, garments, clothes, shoes and other items from a shop. Some passerby observed them and informed the police who reached the spot and arrested them along with the stolen valuables. The arrested women and their male head have been transferred to Taxila Police Station.
