Man falls prey to street crime

A young man was killed in the incidents of street crimes in the city, while two people were injured and shifted to the hospital.

Police handed over the body of deceased to his heirs after legal action and were conducting raids to nab the robbers.

Two robbers shot and injured 35-year-old Waqas, a resident of Gulshan Rehman Colony near Babar Chowk within the limits of Saddar Police Station.

The injured was shifted to the Allied Hospital where he died of his injuries.

Upon receiving the information, police officers reached the spot and conducted a postmortem.

In another incident, robbers signaled Faisal Waheed to stop in Khayaban Colony No. 1 with the intention of looting him.

The robbers shot and injured him for not stopping the motorcycle.

In yet another incident, robbers shot and injured Ashfaq for resistance.
