A true legend and a mentor: Ayesha Omar sings praises of Nayyar Ejaz

The star penned heartfelt appreciation for her co-star and the respected actor

Sharing the screen with the most acclaimed star in the Pakistani drama industry, Nayyar Ejaz, Ayesha Omar is nothing but praise about her Taxali co-actor. 

Starring the top-notch cast including Omar, Yasir Hussain, Mehar Bano, Ejaz, Iffat Omar, Iftikhar Thakur, Babar Ali, Umar Aalam, and Sheheryar Cheema, Taxali is an upcoming crime thriller set by released on this Eidul Azha as announced by its director, Abu Aleeha. The film explores important societal concerns and promises to be an intense and issue-based project. 

Since the announcement of the film, fans have been witnessing heartwarming interactions between two of its co-stars. The Karachi se Lahore star took to her Instagram and penned heartfelt appreciation for the senior and respected actor, sharing that she's honoured to have him as an acting coach and mentor.

“Nayyer Bhai, you are a true legend and that’s why I wanted you as my acting coach,” stated the Bulbulay star. Omar further expressed her gratitude and respect also, for the Na Maloom Afrad actor while attributing him as a legendary and talented one from the industry. “It’s been amazing working with you and learning with you. The credit goes to you and the whole crew and cast”.

Aleeha stated to a local publication that Taxali is not only a suspense crime thriller but also depicts old Lahore's folk wisdom and humour. He added that each actor's performance in the film would set a new standard in the industry.

"Everyone gave the best performance of their career, and the reason is that their characters were very powerful," he said. Thus, Pakistani cinema fans are eagerly waiting for the release of Taxali, hoping it will live up to its high expectations and critical acclaim.
