A security guard identified as Muhammad Afnan, aged 21, sustained gunshot injuries in Liaquatabad’s B1 area.
According to the police, Afnan accidentally pressed the trigger of his weapon and sustained injuries.
However, an investigation is underway to dig out the details of the incident.
Meanwhile, a person identified as Israr, aged 27, was shot by robbers on his resistance near Government Girls College in Korangi No 6.
The injured was taken to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC).
Police are investigating.
