Kabal blast injured to get free treatment

Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Chief Secretary Nadeem Aslam Chaudhry has announced free treatment for all the injured in the Kabal police station blast.

He visited Swat on Tuesday where he reviewed the situation in the context of the Kabal CTD police station incident and issued necessary orders in this regard.

He visited the injured under treatment at Saidu Hospital and inquired about the health care provided to them from their families.

Commissioner Malakand Division Shahidullah Khan, DIG Malakand Nasir Mehmood Satti, Deputy Commissioner Swat Irfanullah Khan Wazir, District Police Officer Shafiullah Gandapur and senior officials of the health department were present.

The chief secretary directed the administration of Saidu Hospital to ensure free medical facilities to the injured and said that no negligence would be tolerated. He said that the injured in the heartbreaking incident of CTD police station will be treated free of cost.

The chief secretary also presided over a high-level meeting at Saidu Hospital and reviewed the available and possible medical services for the injured in addition to inspecting the affected police station.

He appreciated the professionalism and timely rescue measures of the army, police and Rescue 1122 Swat.
