SIALKOT:
The government has acquired land for the Small Industrial Estate and Surgical City in Sialkot, which be handed over to the Punjab Small Industrial Estate Corporation soon. Deputy Commissioner Adnan Mehmood Awan said the district administration was fully cooperating with the institutions concerned to complete the projects as soon as possible for the promotion of economic activities in the city.
As per a news release issued on Sunday, he said during a meeting with Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) president Abdul Ghafoor Malik. The DC said funds had been released for a road project from Sambrial Dry Port Chowk to the airport.
