Gandapur sent on three-day physical remand

Bhakkar police have registered three cases against him, including one that includes anti-terrorism provisions

Ali Amin Gandapur, a leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), appeared before the Civil Court on Friday Bhakkar in two separate cases.

District Magistrate Muhammad Asif Niaz discharged Ali Amin Gandapur in the illegal weapons case, while the area magistrate Muhammad Waseem granted the police's request and handed over Ali Amin Gandapur to Bhakkar police on a three-day physical remand in Sarai Mahajir police station case no. 85, which included attempted murder and other serious charges.

The Bhakkar police have registered three cases against Ali Amin Gandapur, including one that includes anti-terrorism provisions.

The PTI leader's court appearance was met with strict security measures, and a significant number of PTI representatives and supporters were also present.

Ali Amin Gandapur is set to appear before the Anti-Terrorism Court in Sargodha tomorrow for the third case against him.
