Pakistanis react to late Ramazan announcement and the responses are hilarious

The Twitterverse erupted into memes last night after the moon sighting

Last night, at 10 pm, the Ruet-e-Hilal committee dropped a surprise announcement, stating that today was to be the first roza. People had been waiting for quite a while before that to figure out if the moon had been sighted and were all but prepared for Friday to mark the beginning of the holy month. The announcement, however, changed everything.

And thus began a collective breakdown, which obviously resulted in glorious memes.

Some Twitter users, for instance, voiced how the moon was feeling.

And this one was just glad to witness progress.
