Further, Ali commented, "They treat their employees like slaves and disrespect them all the time but never pay them. What kind of professionalism is this? They’re earning millions from their brand but when it comes to paying their employees, they take a back seat."

After Ali's post went viral on social media, many lent support to the employee while calling out the actors. Now, AnM Closet has issued an official statement on the matter. In an Instagr

The statement further clarified that Aiman and Minal are not involved in the brand's daily operations and the company is owned by Maaz Khan. "Hence, they [Aiman and Minal] cannot and should not be held responsible for any human resource-related issue," the statement shared. It was further added that legal action will be taken against the ex-employees of the brand "who are trying to malign the reputation of Aiman Khan and Minal Khan via a planned smear campaign."

Soon after the statement, Ali took to Facebook to share that his dues have been clear.
